What go to foundation would you recommend for long lasting coverage?

I always recommend airbrushing as it gave give as light or heavy coverage as required without feeling to heavy, it is also waterproof (a bonus for a crier!) For regular foundations, I recommend Estee Lauder Double wear & Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundations for oily skin types, Mac Studio Fix for dry skin & Lancome Tient Idole Ultra 24hr & Armani Luminous silk for combination skin.

Contouring – yey or nay? Is it too harsh or just right? How much highlight should a bride wear?

If don’t correctly contouring can be great! I do prefer a powder contour product as these can be applied in small amount & easily blended rather than cream products as these can become a little ‘muddy’ & you can soon look dirty rather than contoured. Highlight is an important part of makeup & shouldn’t be missed. A little highlight under the brow bone, high points of cheeks (above blush), cupids bow & i tiny amount down the bridge of the nose (never the tip!) Laura Mercier highlights are very subtle & not to shimmery which works great for bridal!

Baking – the new craze, what are your thoughts? Any advice if the bridal party is to attempt it?

If your oily its great at keeping shine at bay, otherwise there’s no need & should steer clear.

Set in spray.. Do you have a favourite, trusted brand? Does it actually work?

For Matte looking skin Urban Decay All Nighter. For a Dewey look glam glow setting spray is the one!

Which method of achieving that bronzed glow is the best?

Make up is so clever, flexible and natural. Don’t risk a spray tan or fake tan because the streaky look ain’t right!!

What makeup style would you suggest for these ladies to look appropriate but glamorous?

Natural but glam! Champagne shimmers work great with a smokey brown liner, bronzed cheeks & nude lips always look fabulous!

Can you think of any makeup products that compliment older ladies really well??

Mac face & body foundation is great as doesn’t sit in fine lines like other foundations. A hydrating plumping moisturiser is great Rodial Stem Cell Magic Gel is a fab one!
