Stella York first arrived at The Wedding Room in 2016. We had been searching for a new label for a while and as part of the Essense Designs brand, the glamourous, sexy and extravagant dresses made Stella York the perfect addition.
The first ever Stella York dress was chosen by Jane Murdoch, the style number was 5932 and we called her ‘Wisteria’. Sharon married at the Hilton Double Tree in Nottingham on February 20th 2016.

Fast forward to 2021 and we have selected over a hundred dresses from the collections over the years. We have been invited to Europe to view the new seasons, learnt first hand where the design team take their inspiration from and watched the company evolve.
