It was so lovely to see one of our bride and groom’s wedding featured in Issue 131 of Wedding Ideas Magazine.

Lianne and Daniel married last year in April. The ceremony was at St Giles church and the wedding reception was at Scalford Hall in Leicestershire. We provided the happy couple with their wedding flowers and chair covers.

The theme was a vintage feel with a twist of colour, in this case yellow and navy blue

The bouquets had a natural hand gathered feel and were full of seasonal blooms for a spring wedding including tulip, narcissus, blue muscari, iris, feverfew and roses.

We also provided the flowers for the church include pew ends and 1 striking pedestal for the front of the church.

In the venue we created full arrangements with a mixture of flowers in birdcages. The overall feel when you walked in the room, was joyous and happy. Yellow kinda does that. The centrepieces were birdcages filled with all the same blooms from the bouquets with the addition of blue hydrangeas too.

Finally we polished off the room by adding our made to measure chair covers in white. Around the chairs we added a sunshine yellow satin sash and placed our delicate lace sash over the top. These were alternately set on each table with navy blue satin sashes and ivory lace.
