Photographer: James Capper Photography

I’ve been filming and photographing weddings since 2006 – and love every single one of them. I get to meet the most fantastic couples and am really priviledged to be trusted with their special day. I’ve a background in media and marketing with various commissions from Arts Council England and hold my own in the commercial world too, having worked on TV commercials etc. I bring all that know how and experience to your wedding! I’d love to hear more about your wedding plans.

The Wedding Room: Brides Dress by Justin Alexander

The perfect blend of clean and glam, this wedding dress is a slimming crepe fit and flare with a fully beaded bodice. The bikini neckline features a trendy illusion tulle crossover detail at the center front and is complemented with deep-V side cutouts. The bodice has a Chantilly lace underlay and is embellished with silver embroidery adorned with tonal beading and pearls. The look is complete with buttons cascading down the chapel length train.

A message from Lauren…

What is your best advice leading up to / on the wedding day?

To just enjoy the day, spend some time with just your husband. After photos we went in to the wedding breakfast room on our own and just enjoyed a drink and canapés away from the craziness.

What is your most memorable moment of the day?

Walking down the aisle and seeing everyone’s reaction, the nerves start to fade away.

How did The Wedding Room contribute to a positive build up to your day?

They helped me choose the most amazing dress and weren’t pushy. There was another dress which I really liked but wasn’t 100% sure on and we just kept looking and in hindsight, I am really glad I continued looking as the one I wore was “very me”.

What did you love the most about your dress?

It was really flattering, hugged me in all the right places but had the pearl and glitz to make it modern.
