On Monday 12th April we will re-open our doors. To say we are excited is an understatement, we cannot tell you how much we have missed everything about The Wedding Room. We wanted to express our gratitude to the many brides who have over the last 12 months had to make changes to their wedding plans, sometimes more than once. Your resilience and patience has been beyond amazing. Here’s to those plans finally coming to fruition.
When we open we will be working on an appointment only basis which means during April and May we may not be open at our usual times. This is because we had an overwhelming amount of brides on our waiting list, some who get married soon, so we wanted to be available as much as possible to meet the needs of you, our brides. We also have a huge amount of fittings scheduled for brides who are finally able to go ahead with their big day. We are still arranging fitting appointments but are working in date order so don’t worry – if we haven’t yet been in touch we will very soon be sending you an invitation to come in.
As much as we are dizzy with adrenalin to get back to work we have to remain responsible and to continue to work within the government guidelines that have allowed us to re-open. This means there will be a few rules we need to stick to.

Every guest will be required to check in via the track and trace app or leave your contact details.

Hand sanitiser is available which you will be asked to use.

Masks will be worn by you and us, we will ensure you have time to safely remove your mask to see how you look in the dresses. We do not have masks available to guest so please bring your own.

Social distancing still applies, this means keeping 2m apart as much as we can, guests have space to sit 2m apart which is why we need to adhere to parties being of the bride and two guests.

We will be unable to serve drinks but you are welcome to bring them with you.

We are both carrying out lateral flow tests twice a week, as hopefully you will be too. Should you develop a continuous cough, temperature or any other Covid-19 symptoms please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Above all, as always, our aim is to provide the very best experience when you visit us. We are passionate about what we do and it is important you have a fun and relaxed appointment with us, even under the guidelines.
